I am....

I just logged on to facebook. I got all excited because I had like twenty notifications, but most of them were things like "Find out Your Friend Of The Day!", "You have (3) new LivingSocial activities....", "New Interview: Ten new questions waiting for you!"...etc. Nothing worth getting excited about. I even consider "Ellen Bobby liked your status (thumbs up)" pretty dumb. Also those notifications that I get from when I like someone's status, and then fifty people comment on it. I think Facebook is literally trying to take all of the joy out of my life. Yet it is so addicting....

anyways, back to blogging business!
So much to do for school and so little time! And so little patience! And so much procrastination!
Basically, I have had a lot of work for AP World History and other classes that I haven't had the patience to work on until the last minute!
Also, I started to do swim team, again, kind of. I have been skipping out on a lot of the practices, but I need to do it! I need the exercise desperately! And I actually like it A LOT! I love the coaches and the kids on the team. So once season starts, I definitely cannot skip out. Now you might be wondering: why is she doing a SPORT not a SHOW? Honestly, I am asking myself the same question. Not that I don't like swim team, but WHY, oh WHY am I not in a show? Because of unfortunate circumstances which led to me being sick for my audition for Seussical, leading to putting on a terrible audition, which then led to not getting casted. Do I REALLY want to be in the show? Well, the honest answer would be yes, even if I were in the tiniest role possible. See, on my audition form, i checked off the option that said "No, I will not take a chorus role", but to be truthful, I would LOVE to have a chorus role in Seussical.
However, I am really enjoying doing the ComedySportz team at my school. For those of you who have no idea what ComedySportz is, let me fill you in. It's competitive improvisation; in other words, different teams compete against each other in acting challenges in which they have to come up with things on the spot and be funny at the same time. VERY difficult! It's almost like a real sport too! (Hence: the name) But seriously, NEVER cross paths with a ComedySportz player who is trying to get up on stage to do a funny bit! He (or she, if it really matters) will run you over and through with a stick to get up there! Our team is new this year, and we have A LOT of work to do. We are good, but...not as good as we COULD be. I went to see a fellow high school's match on Friday, and they were so hysterically funny that I thought, "DANG! Our team is in TROUBLE!"
...

I just looked over at the papers beside me, and guess what was sitting on top: the receipt for my Idina Menzel concert tickets! Yes, I am going to see Idina Menzel in concert, playing with the San Francisco Symphony in July!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am literally so stoked for this event that I'm jumping out of my seat just thinking about it! I mean, it's her first concert since she had a baby! In fact, it's the first THING she's ever done since having a baby. Just Kidding. But anyways, I'm very happy about it. I'm also happy about seeing her on Glee Season 2! It should be really exciting, since I hear she has to make out with Mr. Shuster? Any thoughts on that?
